Enhance school safety measures, including robust emergency preparedness and response protocols. Additionally, expand programs dedicated to fostering the emotional and social development of all students with an emphasis on parental engagement.

Accountability & Transparency
Allocate budgetary resources to ensure efficient and effective utilization of funds. Improve and streamline administrative processes to enhance accountability, mitigate risks, and cultivate a culture of innovation and progress.

Facility & Infrastructure Improvement
Encourage open communication and collaboration among the school board, educators, parents, and the broader community. Expand initiatives to actively involve parents and community members in decision-making processes. Provide resources and programs that empower parents to play an active role in their student’s learning and development.
Prioritize and strategize for the maintenance and enhancement of school facilities to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment. Additionally, enhance the integration of technology into the curriculum to enrich students' learning experiences.
